Monday - Breakfast for dinner: bacon, eggs, toast
Tuesday - Mediterranean chicken, bulgur, snap peas
Wednesday - Roasted, stuffed acorn squash, spinach salad with goat cheese, mushrooms and onions
Thursday - Lentil soup, fresh bread/gruyere toasts
Friday - Steamed fish, rice, chinese veggies
Saturday - Steak, yam frites, brussles sprouts
Sunday - Kevin’s Scarborough Fair chicken with rotini

Scarborough fair chicken? Parsley, sage, Rosemary & thyme? C

You betcha! Skin on thighs, browned in a dutch oven or similar pan, then braised in tomatoes with -- as you guessed - parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. Add some garlic and red wine for more depth.
