Tuesday - Chicken cooked in red wine, roasted butternut squash with walnuts, steamed broccoli
Wednesday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, braised zucchini
Thursday - Chinese noodle and dumpling soup
Friday - BBQ pork, BBQ duck, rice, gai lan
Saturday -
-- Lunch: lentil soup, egg salad sammies, green salad, salt-cure salmon, cream cheese and crackers, birthday cake
-- Dinner: take-out night (my night out)
Sunday - Chili and cornbread
