Rob has requested that I keep posting our weekly menu plans on the blog so that I have a record of them that we can refer to when we need ideas or more importantly, to remember what some of our favorites are.
Here's the menu for last week:
Monday - Roast pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, gingered carrots
Tuesday - Poached salmon, rice, broccoli
Wednesday - Lamb pita sandwiches with couscous and sauteed celery
Thursday - Frozen lasagna (made a double batch last month and put one in the freezer)
Friday - Leftovers night
Saturday - Take-out night
Sunday - Fettucini with shrimp and spinach in a garlic, lemon, and oil sauce
