The house inspector walked through the house with us yesterday. It's in pretty good shape. There are a few minor things that he recommends we take care of for prevention but nothing immediate. For example, staining the deck (but what colour?!?!).
I took a lot of pictures (!) and have moved a few them to a Yahoo album.
