Just a mini-menu this week. There hasn't been as much cooking around here as usual, what with the crazy heat and all the summer parties.
Sunday - Grilled Steaks, caprese salad, buttered peas
Monday - Chicken cutlets with red pepper ragu, green beans, rice with parsley
Tuesday - Club sandwiches with avacado and corn on the cob
Wednesday - Spaghetti a limone with spinach
Thursday - Take-out
