Mother's Day

I had a really nice Mother's Day. We did, just about, nothing. Rob cooked French Toast for breakfast and we generally hung about the house (mostly outside though). We got take-out for dinner because on Sunday we have to eat dinner at 4 so that I won't have a belly full of food when I start rehearsal at 6 and at 4 we were still a little full from the french toast at brunch. Crazy, I know. Anyway, the fact that EVERY Sunday my family tolerates eating dinner at 4 so that I can leave them at 5 for about 5 hours is really a kind of a treat for me every week. And Mother's Day was no different, except that I also got this awesome necklace. I have a really fantastic family.

Incidentally, I can't tell you my surprise to see that McDonald's what completely PACKED on Mother's Day. Does nobody cook for their Mum anymore?

And lastly - apologies to my Mum who got a measly phone call this year (well, and a 2nd granddaughter .. but she's nearly old news now and was kind of more like a birthday gift). Hopefully, I'll make it up to her very very soon.

Talk to you soon,

B.

It is very interesting for me to read the post. Thanx for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to them. I definitely want to read a bit more soon.
