Menu for June 20th - June 26th

Monday - Buttermilk "Fried" Chicken (oven-fried), corn on the cob, grilled flatbreads, sauteed asparagus and peppers
Tuesday - Leftovers eaten picnic style before Clare's soccer game
Wednesday - Spaghetti with chickpeas and broccoli and pesto
Thursday - Breakfast for dinner: scrambled eggs with garlic scapes and tomatoes, toast, sausages
Friday - Wonton noodle soup with bok choi
Saturday - Salmon, dill potatoes, grilled tomatoes and zucchini
Sunday - Father's Day, Take 2 (I'll explain later)
